- Planning, implementation and evaluation of preventive projects and workshops on current topics (e.g. bullying, media literacy, social skills) at class level.
- Close and regular exchange with school management, teachers, guardians as well as external specialist and advisory services, including participation in team and conference meetings. Requirements
- Completed training in social work FH (school social work, social pedagogy or social work) with a specialization in children and youth.
- Ideally, first professional experience in a school context or in open youth work.
- High social skills, strong empathy and joy in contact with young people at high school.
- Resilience, assertiveness and serenity in demanding situations as well as a pronounced solution-oriented thinking.
- Teamwork and enjoyment of an interdisciplinary, appreciative collaboration with teachers and school management. We offer:
