- Examination of permit applications in home care and responsibility for the supervision of institutions (including processing of supervisory events)
- Responsibility for concluding performance agreements with service providers in the field of home care (including budget review and processing of job applications)
- Examination and approval of concepts of home care services
- Advising service providers on technical, organisational and legal questions regarding quality assurance.
- Participation in the development and compliance with normative requirements, processes and qualitative foundations
- Close cooperation with Team Controlling as well as with the service providers and with relevant authorities at federal and cantonal level Your profile
- Bachelor Degree (Uni/FH) in Social Work, Educational Sciences or in related disciplines with interest and understanding of business and legal issues and without fear of numbers
- several years of professional experience in the field of child protection, inpatient child and youth welfare or in a comparable function within the administration
