A diverse activity in a motivated team with responsibility for central accounting processes around the real estate portfolio of the canton of Zurich awaits you.

You can contribute your expertise and actively shape processes.

Main responsibilities

  • Management of creditor and debitor accounting including payment, payment and collection processes
  • Independent preparation of heating and ancillary costs accounts
  • Coordination and data reconciliation between Garaio REM and SAP and implementation of inter-company voting Preparation of VAT invoices
  • Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts
  • Active participation in process optimizations and promotion of cross-team cooperation within accounting requirements
  • Training in accounting (expert or comparable training) and at least two years of experience in property accounting
  • Precise, reliable and responsible working methods with high quality standards
  • Motivated, service-oriented and positive personality, which works independently and structured
  • Enjoy teamwork and interest in professional development and active co-design
  • Secure IT user knowledge, in particular MS Office; experience with Garaio REM, SAP knowledge of advantage We offer
