Mansioni Architect:in / Project Manager:in planning (m/w/d) 80%-100%, Zurich, temporary Descrizione ETH Zurich is launching a pioneering research project with a direct connection to building practice with the "Living Lab HIL".The HIL building on the Hönggerberg campus is becoming a real laboratory. The construction that needs to be rehabilitated is being rebuilt and expanded. In the coming years, professors from the Departments of Architecture (D-ARCH) as well as the Construction, Environment and Geomatics (D-BAUG) will research and plan the renovation of the HIL building in the sense of circular construction.

The aim is to develop sustainable design and construction in the existing building and to apply it in an exemplary manner to a real planning and construction project. For the planning team of the Living Lab HIL, we are looking for an experienced architect who plans, coordinates and implements our complex and demanding sub-projects in an autonomous manner – from the renovation of the existing building to the increase of the HIL building to the development of innovative manor spaces.

They accompany the projects across all phases and cover the entire spectrum from planning to implementation on site. Responsabilità In this project-related role, you will take on the following tasks and responsibilities: - Subproject management: Self-responsible management, coordination and implementation of specific subprojects (e.g. rehabilitation in ongoing operation, innovative increase). - SIA phases 1–5: Complete processing and control of the projects across all SIA performance phases, from the preliminary study to successful implementation and commissioning.

• Prototyping: detailed and execution planning of highly innovative, circular and prototypical constructions in direct cooperation with the participating professors.
• Project controlling: strict responsibility for meeting deadlines, qualities and costs within the ETH Real Estate and processes.
• Interface management: Close exchange and coordination with entrepreneurs, authorities, specialist planners as well as representatives from teaching and research.
• The position is limited to a maximum of five years, initially with a one-year contract with extension options.

Requisiti To ideally meet the requirements of this challenging position, you will have the following profile:

• Education: Completed studies in architecture (ETH/FH or equivalent).
• Professional experience: Well-founded, multi-year experience in execution planning and project coordination in Switzerland. Proven experience over all SIA phases is mandatory.
• Professional knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Swiss building regulations, standards (SIA) and approval procedures, ideally with experience in building in the existing building.

• CAD skills: Very good, tried-and-tested knowledge of 3D CAD, preferably of the two systems, i.e., the two systems of the BIM.
• Personality: Structured, independent working methods, a strong sense of responsibility, flexibility and joy in unconventional, innovative construction solutions.
• Languages: Very good German skills and good English skills. Offerta
