- Several years of project planning experience as a project engineer or manager in structural design over all project planning and implementation phases
- Flair for the design and implementation of efficient and economical structures and the application of modern design tools
- Motivates digital projects to plan and realize e.g. in the application of the BIM method and 3D coordination tools
- Communicative, solution- and customer-oriented and entrepreneurial personality
