Migros Engineering Solutions is the Migros Competence Centre for the Development and Accompanying of Total Solutions in the fields of Supply Chain, Logistics Management, etc.
Our planning team now seeks to strengthen an experienced person with Engineering Background, which, in addition to the classic project management, also wants to deal with the automation of logistics processes.

- Multiannual professional experience: as project managerin from conception, planning to realization
- Completed study (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): as an engineer or in process and production engineering
Main responsibilities
- Conception, planning and realization of demanding projects in the field of operational and logistics planning at Migros Group companies
- Developing innovative solutions for warehouse, picking and goods flow systems and specifying and writing out such systems with a focus on automation
- Consulting and support in analyses and potential assessments within the framework of strategic projects
- Development of decision bases, e.g. master plans for management
- Supporting the know-how transfer within the Migros Group
Key requirements
- Multiannual professional experience: as project manager*in from conception, planning to realization
- Completed study (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): as an engineer or in process and production engineering
- Proven expertise in plant, operating and logistics planning in the industrial environment
- Conceptual and process-oriented thinking skills and rapid conception
- High customer focus, high self-initiative and ready to contribute changes
