Your contractual place of work is our headquarters “Connect” in Opfikon.
However, you will mainly work on one of our data center construction projects in the Zurich region.

Company and context
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in the construction site organization, construction or project implementation on demanding building construction projects
- In-depth understanding of CSA construction processes, construction processes and site coordination, as well as the ability to safely interpret execution plans, technical specifications, BIM models and construction requirements
- Experience in the coordination of subcontractors and interdisciplinary interfaces with the aim of ensuring a safe, efficient and quality-appropriate execution of works in accordance with deadlines and projects
- Good knowledge of quality management processes in the construction industry, in particular in dealing with technical queries (RFIs), technical approvals, test and inspection plans (ITPs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), quality acceptance and handover processes, supplemented by a structured and careful working method
- Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
- Experience on data center, mission critical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, healthcare, industrial or comparable complex projects is an advantage.
