- Manage the project resources allocated to you and monitor their efficient use
- Development of solution proposals and assistance with concepts for the construction manager
- Support in the development of detailed solutions and presentation in CAD
- Monitoring of subcontractors on site
- Retrieval of material in consultation with the construction manager
- Notification of deviations to builders
- Ensuring the professional execution of works on the construction site
- Ensuring task-related work preparation
- Proactive coordination with internal and external bodies
- Participation in consultation with the builder in construction meetings
- Preparation of government reports
- Preparation of dimensions
- Ensuring implementation of occupational safety guidelines and rules
- Implementation of environmental protection targets
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports

- Completed training as carpenter / carpenter with EFZ, foremen:in- or polishing training
- Several years of professional experience as a carpenter, foreman:in or polisher:in
- Experience in construction of timber construction projects
- Experience in dealing with builders
- Knowledge of CAD planning
- Good communication skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Leadership experience
