As of 1 February 2027, we are looking for a competent person in the area of staff management with interest in the strategic and operational challenges in a politically shaped environment.

Tasks

• Co-design and further development of the LSZ HR strategy, especially in the topics of corporate culture, employee retention and succession planning
• Responsibility for personnel and job planning in close cooperation with the management and controlling
• Consulting and support of the management and the line managers in personnel, organizational and labour law issues
• Organizational, professional and personnel leadership as well as further development of the HR team consisting of 3 employees
• Personnel acquisition with focus on cadre and key functions
• Ensure professional onboarding and offboarding processes as well as continuous optimization and further development of further HR processes and their digitization
• Implementation of wage-related processes (Lohnrunden, Einzelpreis, Funktionstufenachungen, Verkehrs)

Profile

• Higher education or higher degree with a focus on human resources, business administration, law or comparable qualifications
• Multi-annual management experience in a comparable position
• Experience in organisational development, change processes and strategic HR initiatives
• Good knowledge of modern HR processes and their standardization and digitalization
• A well-defined understanding of organisational and business relations
• Analytic and networked thinking and structured and solution-oriented working methods
• Enforcement and negotiation strong and convincing personality with strong communication ability
• Good IT application knowledge, high A-resinity to digital tools and advantage experience with SAP HCM
