Full description
You ensure that buildings, facilities and outdoor areas function reliably and are maintained, carry out versatile maintenance and repair work, take care of the infrastructure and support a smooth operation with your commitment. From January 2027 we are looking for reinforcements at the Werdhölzli site in Zurich Altstetten.

Tasks
- You ensure cleanliness and order on the site, the associated streets and green areas as well as in the buildings.
- You control and maintain building facilities, office furniture, fire doors, gates, fire extinguishers and sanitary fittings.
- You perform a wide range of maintenance and repair work on buildings, interior and exterior facilities, equipment, machines, tools and vehicles.
- You supervise lecture and meeting rooms, perform administrative tasks and organize the clothing edition.
- You work in the three-shift operation in the early service from 06.00 clock, in the springer from 07.00 clock or in the late service from 08.00 clock (change every two weeks) and take over from November to March every three weeks a winter service piket from Monday to Sunday (is paid extra).
Profile
- Training professionalwoman company maintenance (level EFZ) as well as further training for / housekeeperin (specialist ID)
- 5 years of professional experience in a comparable function
- Reliability, a friendly attitude and impeccable handling of customers
- Good knowledge of German (level C2) and good MS-Office skills
- Readiness to perform early service as well as winter service piket, driving licence Cat. B
