As a business architect, you design the technical target architecture of a central business unit in Zurich Switzerland and create the basis for sustainable transformations.

You combine strategy, business design and implementation, and ensure that organization, processes and skills are aligned to a common goal. You work together with a wide range of stakeholders at the business level and make the life business more important.

That's what awaits you

• You derive the business architecture from the life strategy and develop target images, capability maps and roadmaps for implementation.
• You analyze and optimize the operating model and create the basis for sustainable changes in the life business.
• You design value streams and target process landscapes for central domains such as New Business, Under Paper, Policy Servicing, Claims and In-Force Management.
• You accompany cross-cutting transformation initiatives and ensure the connection between business, architecture and delivery.
• You support strategic decisions, business cases and prioritisations, taking into account regulatory and financial requirements.

That's what makes you feel

• Experience as a Business Architect, Enterprise Architect or Senior Business Analyst
• Well-founded know-how in the life, pension or insurance environment
• Experience in Business Analysis, Operating Model Design, Capability Mapping and Process Design
• Good knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements such as Solvency II and IFRS 17
• Expressed analytical skills as well as convincing communication and moderation skills in German and English
