As a result of a maternity in the HR Service Center, we are looking for our Corporate Service Center in Dübendorf as of 1. January 2027 or by agreement a dynamic, communicative and dutiful personality as
Personnel/in HR Administration 80 - 100% Temporary employment until 31. August 2027 with option of extension
Their tasks
- Independent handling of personnel administration (entry, mutations, exits) for approximately 450 – 500 employees
- Preparation of employment contracts, contract changes and processing of withdrawals
- Taking over various payroll tasks (holiday reduction, payment of holidays and overtime, registration of family allowances, etc.)
- Contact person for the line and employees around the personnel administration
- Check and process time and absence management (polypoint)
- Deputy teammates
- Contact with social insurance concerning family allowances, EO/MSE and BVG
Your profile
- Basic commercial training EFZ
- Ideally, specific HR training (e.g. HR assistant or HR certificate)
- Professional experience in personnel administration
- Good HR system user knowledge (SuccessFactors (SAP), Polypoint and UKA advantageous)
- Independent and exact working method, as well as discreet personality
- A heartfelt, humorous and service-oriented basic attitude
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, French is advantageous
