For the 5 intakes of the city of Zurich we are looking for 01. November 2026 or by agreement reinforcement.

Tasks

• They perform temporary assignments as representatives of social workers or for general discharge in the 5 intakes of the city of Zurich.
• They comprehensively clarify the concerns in the context of the economic and personal social assistance of the clients.
• They provide short-term financial support with the aim of professional and social integration.
• They are responsible for triage, networking and coordination and initiate immediate measures in the areas of social assistance and crisis intervention.
• They work with profile teams, specialist bodies, authorities and social insurance companies.
• You will be administratively supported by administrators, can draw on the knowledge of internal specialist positions and work closely with your colleagues in the team.

Profile

• University of Applied Sciences degree in Social Work (with deepening Social Work) or in final phase of study
• Commercial flair and good knowledge of financial topics
• Joy of working with people and dealing well with conflicting expectations
• Rapid detection of complex situations and ability, even under pressure qualitatively and quantitatively performs very good work
• High interest in exchanging ideas in a team, sharing knowledge and experience and efficient cooperation with colleagues as well as with other offices and authorities
