Their tasks

• Business management of the clinic together with the clinic director and the center management
• Analysis of finances, services and relevant key figures together with the clinic controller
• Advising centre and specialist management on business and organisational issues
• Coordination and management of projects and change processes
• Participation in strategy, annual goals and further development of the offer portfolio, interface function to the overall organization PUK
• Contract management and participation in negotiations
• Completed studies in business psychology, business administration, health management or a comparable field of study. Healthcare experience is beneficial, but not a requirement
• Several years of experience in the management of complex organizational processes and change processes as well as in cross-divisional cooperation
• Analytical and very structured working methods as well as a strong understanding of business, organizational and personnel relationships
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high service orientation, negotiating skills and a binding approach
• Ability to understand, bring together and mediate between different stakeholders
• Team spirit and enjoyment of cross-divisional cooperation as well as active participation in change processes.
