To complement our team, we are looking for a competent reinforcement as of 1 November 2026 or by agreement. The position is for the time being limited to one year. Due to succession planning, there may be the possibility of permanent employment.

Tasks

• They shall examine, process or, in the event of deficiencies, reasonably reject entries such as requests for information extracted from the operation register, requests for enforcement, requests for mutual legal assistance and requests for notification.
• They shall keep the cashier and official accounts.
• They operate the counter and the telephone exchange and are in close personal and telephone contact with debtors, offices and third parties.
• They do industry-specific and general office work

Profile

• Basic commercial or equivalent training with several years of professional experience in administrative and accounting
• Joy and empathy in direct dealings with our diverse customers
• Good comprehension and an exact and reliable working method
• High social skills, organisational capacity and communication skills
• Interest in legal issues and ideally knowledge of the law of enforcement (SchKG)
