VZ is the leading independent financial services provider in Switzerland. We create transparency in the banking and insurance market and advise our customers comprehensively and neutrally. As we are growing strongly, we are looking for reinforcements for our pension foundations at our headquarters at Paradeplatz in Zurich.
- Together with an experienced consultant, you will develop concepts that take into account all aspects of company formation, pension provision and tax and escrow situation.
- In the team, you accompany company foundations from the founding certificate to the operational start and develop pension solutions for company founders, the pension fund and all other business and social insurance.
- You accompany consultants in customer discussions and are responsible for professional preparation and follow-up.
- You create documentation for our customers independently and coordinate the internal customer acquisition process.
- You expand your knowledge continuously and develop step by step into an independent consultant.
- Completed studies and initial professional experience in insurance, banking, trust, or consulting
- Ideally, further-recognized training (VBV, Versicherungsfachmann eidg. FA, etc.
- Enjoyment of customer contact and a professional appearance
- Desire for a dynamic, service-oriented industry, reliability and accuracy, even in hectic times
- Secure communication in German and English
- After a careful familiarization, you will independently conduct customer discussions and take responsibility for your own consulting projects.

Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium und erste Berufserfahrung im Versicherungs-, Banken-, Treuhand-, oder Consulting-Bereich
- Idealerweise weitergehende anerkannte Ausbildung (VBV, Versicherungsfachmann eidg. FA, o.ä.)
- Freude am Kundenkontakt und ein professionelles Auftreten
- Lust auf eine dynamische, dienstleistungsorientierte Branche, Zuverlässigkeit und Exaktheit, auch in hektischen Zeiten
- Sichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
