For the care and maintenance of the outdoor facilities and cemeteries Witikon / Witikon Kirchhof, Fluntern in the district South 3 (Region Zurich South) we are looking for a gardener

Tasks

• They independently carry out demanding maintenance work (planting and seeding work, cutting work, plant nutrition, plant protection, plant use) as well as gardening and landscaping work or small changes in the outdoor facilities
• They participate in maintenance, maintenance and cleaning work on machines, tools and infrastructure
• They are responsible for guiding and operating machines and tools
• They help to guide and accompany learners and/or trained employees with
• They also support cemetery operations

Profile

• Completed training as a gardener* in EFZ field of gardening and landscaping and good expertise in green area care
• Several years of professional experience in horticulture with good knowledge of plants and well versed in handling machines and equipment
• Vertigo-free (working with lifting platforms/ladders) is an advantage
• Teamwork, independence and service orientation
• Passport Cat. B mandatory and MS-Office knowledge

We offer

As a service department of the City of Zurich, we offer advanced employment conditions with excellent social benefits and very good conditions for reconciling work and private life. Their gross annual wage is between 70,000.00 and 82,000.00 francs (100% expense). Their effective wage may differ from this wage range depending on experience and skills.
