We look forward to meeting you! 02 Your task Planning, configuration, migration, installation and operation of modern IT infrastructures with a focus on Microsoft 365, Azure and hybrid environments Administration and further development of virtual servers, networks and telephony solutions Configuration and maintenance of network environments based on Cisco Meraki Process complex 2nd and 3rd level support requests including analysis, troubleshooting, technical advice and documentation Active participation in customer projects from conception to successful implementation Design and implement security solutions with Microsoft Defender, Intune and Entra ID Conditional Access Build and maintain data and information structures with Microsoft SharePoint as well as develop backup, restore and recovery concepts Support of the department management in technical and organizational issues as well as step-by-step assumption of additional professional responsibility 03
