The Robotics Business Unit develops, produces and distributes pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for pharmaceuticals, food industry and cell or DNA research.
*You can do it *
- Participation in the implementation and evaluation of new and future technologies for the further development of the product portfolio
- Ensuring the correct functionality and consistency of all relevant system interfaces
- Design, implementation and continuous maintenance of customized system applications
- Creation and maintenance of interface definitions including command sets to ensure smooth communication between system components
- Support in the development of product requirements and technical specifications in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders
- Development of hierarchically structured, logical and physically networked system architectures
- Establishment and maintenance of simulation-based system architectures for validation of technical concepts
- Formalisation of technical requirements and contracts for development, integration and verification and validation
- Assuming the role of product owner for responsible products - both locally and globally
- Coordination and coordination with other business areas regarding system-related issues and overarching requirements
You bring that with you
- Bachelor degree, FH and higher or similar professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience in embedded software development
- Expert in C and C++ programming and Python
- Saddle fast in handling ARM processors (Cortex M4 & M7)
- Advanced knowledge and experience in embedded software design, software development and debugging
- Open-minded personality
- Very good knowledge of German (minor level C1)
