Canton Zurich Education Directorate Kantonsschule Zimmerberg IT-Supporter/in 80 - 100% The Cantonal School Zimmerberg in Au ZH was newly opened in August 2020. In its next seventh year of operation, it is expected to have 25 classes with a total of around 600 pupils. It leads a long and a short school with five maturity profiles (old-language, new-language, mathematic-natural science, economic-legal and philosophic-pädagogisch-psychological).

The focus of the young, manageable cantonal school is on personal contact and the individual. By immediate agreement or agreement, we are looking for a dedicated, open and communicative personality, who works responsibly, helpfully and independently.

• Your tasks help to ensure a smooth operation of the computer services and ensure that the IT concerns of students, teachers and employees are implemented in administration and operation in a timely and appropriate manner.

You also support the head of computer science in projects. You manage the approximately 200 school-owned Apple devices (i Macs, MacBooks and iPads) and support the infrastructure in the classrooms (beamers, visualizers). Since the students in the higher classes work with their own devices (byoD), you also provide support for Windows devices. We use Microsoft's teaching software and the applications of Adobe CC Suite.

• Your profile We expect a person with high IT-A level of in-service IT and/or a completed training as an IT engineer in IT and/or equivalent qualifications. Perennial professional experience, ideally in an educational institution, is advantageous. You have a broad know-how as a supporter for Apple hardware and software and also master the Microsoft Windows operating system. Knowledge of mobile device management and Office 365 completes
