With different coatings, fastening systems meet their specific requirements for securing, sealing and insulation. In our own surface technology, we coat the products on specialized plants – precisely tailored to the respective application areas. Your Tasks:
- Personnel and technical management of the coating team
- Planning and control of production orders
- Plant and process optimizations
- Creating offers and new parts development
- Co-responsible for the training and further education of your profile employees:
- Completed basic education from the metal industry such as polymechanics or similar
- Completed further training as workmaster or comparable
- Experience in team leadership
- Good MS Office and SAP knowledge
- Teamwork, reliability, high social skills
- High willingness to perform, personal responsibility and role model
- Good knowledge of German in word and writing, English of advantage We offer:
