Full description
In work preparation, you ensure stable and efficient production processes. You maintain work plans, parts lists, production orders and production-relevant master data. As a central interface, you work closely with different departments and actively contribute to the optimization of processes. - Creating, modifying and maintaining work plans, parts lists, workstations, basic data and other production-relevant master data in the ERP system
- Creation and processing of initial sample, prototype, series and rework orders for production
- Coordination of technical and scheduling requirements with production, production control, project management, purchasing and sales
- Development and standardization of cross-factory processes in cooperation with other production plants
- Analyse errors and deviations in the master data and initiate and track appropriate corrective actions
- Contribute to the continuous development of processes, work instructions and system applications in the Your profile order center:
- Completed basic technical training, for example as a polymechanic or constructor; further training as process specialist, technician HF, technician merchant or a comparable qualification is advantageous
- Experience in work preparation, production planning, master data maintenance or in a comparable industrial environment
- Good user knowledge in an ERP system, ideally SAP in the modules PP, MM and SD, as well as secure handling of MS Office
- Strong understanding of production processes, interfaces and value chains
