Full description
In the Department of Operations and Computer Science at the Triemli site, we are looking for a committed personality from now on or by agreement, limited to one year.
Tasks
- You support IT management in the creation of decision bases, reports, reporting and presentations.
- You organize, prepare and record meetings, workshops and leadership bodies.
- You coordinate appointments, maintain pendant lists and follow up on open points.
- You will keep and update overviews of projects, budgets, contracts and licenses.
- You participate in administrative procurement processes, collect offers, collect orders and compile documents for tenders.
- You support contract and supplier management and keep an eye on deadlines, termination and renewal dates.
- You work with the maintenance of documentation, guidelines and process descriptions of IT.
- You prepare key figures, for example from IT service management, for management reporting.
- You support HR-related administrative tasks, such as onboarding and offboarding processes and assignment planning.
Profile
- Studies in (economic) computer science, business administration or a comparable field of study
- You have completed a maturity or a professional maturity and are planning to study in business informatics, business administration or a related direction
- Interest in IT management, organizational development or process management
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructures and operational business processes is an advantage
- Independent, structured and reliable working method
- Strong organisational skills
- Style-confident knowledge of German in words and writing
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
