Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK), which includes the Tägerhalde and Wangensbach senior and health centers with around 130 residents, as well as a day care center, Spitex, senior living and counseling, and has around 250 employees in total, is a non-profit stock corporation wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht.

To strengthen our nursing teams, we are looking for an RAI specialist who supports our team with expertise, commitment and enthusiasm for collaboration.

Your new tasks

• Assuming responsibility for interRAI LTCF and strengthening the quality of care in everyday work
• Independently carrying out, coordinating and professionally reviewing interRAI LTCF assessments
• Coaching and providing professional support to interRAI LTCF supervisors / interRAI LTCF coordinators
• Carrying out and supporting care processes, as well as promoting professional development
• Varied role with 50% direct care and 50% administrative tasks
• Close collaboration with the nursing expert
• Completed training as a qualified nursing professional HF/FH
• Training as an interRAI LTCF Supervisor or interRAI LTCF Expert
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Analytical thinking as well as a structured and independent approach to work
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and the ability to coach, motivate and provide professional guidance to employees
• High standards for quality of care as well as business-minded thinking and action
• Very good user knowledge of Office applications and programs
• Willingness to work 4 to 6 weekends per year
• 6 weeks until completion of the 20th year of age
• From age 21, 5 weeks
• From age 50, 6 weeks

• 1/2 working day afternoon of the 24. & 31. December's
