The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK), which comprises the Tägerhalde and Wangensbach elderly and health centers with around 130 residents, as well as a day center, Spitex, housing for older adults and counseling services, and has around 250 employees in total, is a non-profit joint-stock company wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht.
We are looking for a good-humored and committed nursing & care specialist who will expand our quality team.
Your new responsibilities
- Professional responsibility, including coaching employees in implementing the nursing process in the departments
- Coaching teams in complex day-to-day situations
- Active participation in projects
- Close collaboration with the quality team and the nursing expert
- Taking on day and facility responsibility on approx. 8 weekends per year and being able to work in all departments
- Qualification as a registered nurse HF / FH
- At least 3 years of professional experience and the motivation to develop further in a specialist responsibility role
- Strong interpersonal skills, a good feel for coaching employees, and enjoyment of doing so
- Initiative and the courage to take the lead are desired
- Curiosity, openness to new things and networked thinking
- Very good spoken and written German skills, as well as good BESA, easyDOK and IT skills
- 6 weeks until completion of the 20th year of age
- 5 weeks from the 21st year of age
- 6 weeks from the 50th year of age
- Full-day public holiday «Sechseläuten & Chilbi-Montag»
- 1/2 working day, afternoon of the 24. & 31. December's
