Role overview
To support the project leadership in the establishment and implementation of the hospital-wide process and document management, we are looking for a person for the 1st of July 2026 or upon agreement for 6 to 9 months.

- You will be part of the corporate development and support in exciting projects, workshops, and collaborations.
- From quality and process management to document management up to interdisciplinary initiatives - you will get insights, take on responsibility, and actively shape.
- Completed or ongoing studies (Uni/FH/HF) - e.g. in economics, healthcare, management, social sciences, or comparable
- First knowledge or great interest in quality, process, and project management
Main responsibilities
- You will be part of the corporate development and support in exciting projects, workshops, and collaborations.
- From quality and process management to document management up to interdisciplinary initiatives - you will get insights, take on responsibility, and actively shape.
- Support in projects in the field of quality, process, and document management
- Participation in the establishment and further development of the hospital-wide document management system
- Assistance in workshops (preparation, implementation, follow-up)
- Accompanying process modeling including participation in process workshops
- Taking on tasks in quality management and in collaborations
Key requirements
- Completed or ongoing studies (Uni/FH/HF) - e.g. in economics, healthcare, management, social sciences, or comparable
- First knowledge or great interest in quality, process, and project management
- Enjoyment of collaboration with different stakeholder groups and interfaces
- Open, communicative, and engaged personality with initiative
- Very good German language skills in speech and writing
