Role overview

Responsibilities

• Be part of an interdisciplinary treatment team and care for and assist, in tandem with a qualified nursing professional, patients during their one- to two-week stay, following the principles of active-therapeutic-supportive care
• Within the care process, take on the care and assistance of assigned patients and organize your day autonomously
• Independently perform medical procedures and administrative tasks within the station
• Contribute to a work climate focused on learning and achieving the station’s common goals.

Promote a team culture that values collaboration - Assist in knowledge transfer to students and trainees

• Requirements
• Completed training as a healthcare specialist (SSI) with an interest in geriatric acute rehabilitation
• Committed, motivated, and resilient personality with high social competence
• Embrace changes as challenges and enjoy actively shaping your work environment
• Willingness to work all shifts
• Good knowledge of German, both spoken and written What We Offer
