Our team is growing - that's why we are looking for reinforcement! As a maintenance technician, you ensure a reliable heating and cooling supply and make an important contribution to sustainability and efficiency with your commitment.

Tasks

• You perform inspection, maintenance and disruption work on heating and cooling systems reliably and competently.
• Together with your team, you ensure a reliable heating and cooling supply for our contracting customers in the city of Zurich.
• You successfully complete work and make sure that everything is documented precisely.
• When troubleshooting, you act quickly and take the necessary measures.
• Technical optimization potentials and possibilities for energy saving are identified proactively.

Profile

• You bring several years of experience in building technology and ideally further training in the area of maintenance.
• Your strength lies in a solution- and goal-oriented way of working, coupled with a high level of customer and team orientation.
• Dealing with MSRL systems and good PC skills are part of your repertoire.
• You are ready to take responsibility for our facilities in the Pikettdienst and have the category B driving licence in your pocket.
• Commitment and sustainability are part of your DNA. You are a dedicated doer.
