As an outsourcing partner, our team takes care of the IT infrastructure of our customers in the field of social insurance.

In order to be able to fulfil our tasks optimally, we are looking for further support for our team.

Our customer’s IT workstations are undergoing a technological transformation: an existing VDI environment (Omnissa Horizon) is being replaced and replaced by modern notebook workstations with Microsoft 365.

In this role, you are actively involved in the operation, development and transition of our Modern Workplace while supporting the operation of the Microsoft-based server and system landscape.

Your role

• Participation in the replacement of the VDI environment (Omnissa Horizon) and introduction of M365 notebook workstations
• Operation and further development of the Modern Workplace (Windows, Microsoft 365)
• Support and maintenance of host systems & virtual Windows servers on VMware
• Cooperation in the further development/optimisation and renewal of infrastructures
• Ensuring stable IT operations in the outsourcing and SLA environment
• Analysis and correction of disturbances in the 2nd/3rd level
• Participation in IT projects and documentation of solutions
• Preparation and maintenance of relevant documentation and processes Your profile
• Computer science training (EFZ/HF/FH) or equivalent experience
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Client, Server, Active Directory, Virtualization and Microsoft 365
• Demonstrably extensive experience in the operation of infrastructures
• Expertise in scripting, ideally in Windows PowerShell
• Experience with Omnissa Horizon (VDI) is beneficial
• Structured, solution-oriented working method as well as enjoyment of conceptual activities and customer contact
• Flawless oral and written expression in German and good knowledge of English
