You design the technical environment in which people and AI develop software together.
As a Software Engineer for the Agentic Harness, you continuously advance the guardrails, tools, and quality mechanisms for our AI-enabled Software Delivery Lifecycle. Your focus is on Developer Experience, Engineering Excellence, and turning AI from an individual coding tool into an integral part of the entire development process.
Your role
- You continuously advance our Engineering Harness and shape guidelines, skills, automations, and quality standards for AI-supported development
- You actively help shape the tool and platform landscape for AI-assisted Software Engineering and evaluate new solutions and technologies
- You improve the Developer Experience throughout the entire Software Delivery Lifecycle, from requirements to delivery
- Together with our engineering teams, you further develop the AI-enabled SSDLC and purposefully integrate AI into development, testing, architecture, and operations
- You translate recurring insights and error patterns into standards, automated checks, and sustainable quality mechanisms
- You advise and coach teams on the productive use of AI and promote organization-wide knowledge and experience sharing
- Using suitable metrics, you make the value added by AI in software development visible and measurable in terms of quality, cycle time, and productivity
Your profile
- You have several years of experience in software development, ideally as a Senior Developer
- You have a sound understanding of Software Engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern development platforms
- You already have practical experience with AI-supported software development, Large Language Models, and agentic development approaches
- You are familiar with topics such as Developer Experience, Engineering Enablement, and platform engineering
- You identify recurring challenges at an early stage and use them to develop sustainable standards, automations, and technical guardrails
- You focus not only on individual tools but on the entire Software Delivery Lifecycle and its continuous optimization. You implement technical concepts pragmatically and know how to win teams over to and enable them for new ways of working
- You combine strategic advancement with the concrete requirements of our development and customer projects
- Fluent German skills, both spoken and written (C1 level)
