How do employees learn to use artificial intelligence safely and effectively in everyday work? In this internship, you help to shape the answer. You develop innovative learning content, design interactive formats and participate in building a modern AI learning world. Your role
- You prepare complex topics around Generative AI, Large Language Models and the secure use of AI in an understandable and practical manner
- You analyze existing training materials, develop them further and transfer them into modern digital learning formats for different target groups
- When building and designing a central AI learning platform, you actively participate
- Interactive learning opportunities such as quizzes, challenges, badges and other gamification elements are developed with the aim of making learning motivating and sustainable
- With tailor-made learning opportunities, you support employees and end users in using AI safely and independently in everyday work
- You always keep an eye on the needs of the users and develop ideas to promote learning experience and user engagement.
- You test new didactic and technological approaches, evaluate their potential and use them to create innovative learning experiences.
Your profile
- You are studying at a university or university of applied sciences, for example in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, business informatics, educational technology or a comparable field
- You already have an in-depth understanding of AI and especially Generative AI and enjoy sharing your knowledge in an understandable way.
- Complex technical relationships can be conveyed in a target group-specific manner and learning content can be prepared in an understandable way for people with different previous knowledge
- Digital learning, gamification, user engagement and modern learning platforms inspire you
- You work independently, think creatively and have a good sense of appealing learning experiences and user experience
- Very good knowledge of German (minimum C1) as well as the ability to safely use English-language AI and technology sources round off your profile
