Canton of Zurich Financial Directorate ICT Governance and Service Manager /-in 100% Welcome to the fascinating world of taxes! Together with the municipal tax offices, the cantonal tax office collects taxes for the Confederation, the canton and the municipalities. We support individuals and businesses throughout the tax collection process. Around 800 qualified employees are committed to this at the Zurich Altstetten site. In the Digital Services department, we ensure that our IT services meet the high demands of a modern tax office. As an ICT governance and service manager, you will take on a key position in this newly created position between internal IT, the Office of Informatics (AFI), our software suppliers and the municipal tax offices – with a strategic view, proximity to the operational processes and a lot of personal feeling. Our services support more than 2,500 municipal and cantonal employees every day as well as more than one million private individuals and companies with the tax declaration. Your responsibility

• In this key position, you are responsible for all aspects of the ICT governance of the cantonal tax office.
• You translate the requirements of the canton, the AFI, the OECD and other agencies into proportionate and practical solutions.
• If possible, you influence the design of the specifications set for us.
• In audits of our IT you are in the lead.
• You create specifications for our suppliers, define the cooperation models and lay the foundations for a successful service delivery.
• You plan and control future performance requirements and introduce new requirements into the change process in a structured manner.
• You develop IT service management further and anchor it with the help of guidelines, process roles, control key figures, etc. in the IT governance system. Your profile
• You have several years of experience in IT governance; ideally using the governance and service management frameworks COBIT and ITIL.
• You have a university degree in computer science, business administration, leadership or a comparable field.
• You understand how to bring different interests together, mediate them in a solution-oriented manner and exert influence – both on an operational and on a strategic level.
• A structured, independent and forward-looking working method with a good feeling for your counterpart distinguishes you as well as a high quality and responsibility awareness
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing is required. Our offer
