- Responsible for the further development of microservices and self-contained systems in a complex eBanking environment
- Design and implement demanding banking requirements in close cooperation with internal stakeholders
- Ensure high-quality, stable and secure software development and smooth operation
- Optimize cooperation between development, testing, operations and monitoring with end-to-end view
- Create and review solution architectures for new requirements, considering security, performance and scalability
- Introducing new technical and methodological impulses to advance the team and products
- Coach and accompany the developer in the team as well as promote best practices such as Clean Code, TDD, CI/CD and Observability
