The ICT Business Unit Service team is particularly responsible for the provision, maintenance and further development of the specialist applications and their integration. • Analysis of business processes and coordination as well as implementation of the further development of applications (from requirements specification to release)
• Support of the departments in the preparation of specialist requirements
• Assessment of change requests and creation of solution concepts
• Coordination of application tests and production release
• Ensuring the monitoring of the ongoing application operation incl. Incident corrections
• Advising and supporting users in the areas of application and process handling

Your profile

• Diploma HF (Informatics) or Bachelor (Informatics) required, Master (Informatics) desirable
• Professional experience with medical applications, in particular clinic information systems project experience
• Analytical and networked thinking
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills
• Willingness to work in the Pikettdienst as well as occasional assignments outside the regular working hours
• Language skills in German and English
