The nationally managed Human Resources division is responsible for and manages the human resources business of the entire SRG. Human Resources accompanies the employees of SRG in all personnel topics, offers up-to-date training and further education and is responsible for the holistic implementation of the latest core HR processes.

This is your contribution.

We are looking for an HR partner immediately or by agreement:n HR Partner:in 80-100 % Within the HR consulting team, you are involved in the area of operations for the following topics:

• You act as a strategic interface between management and employees, bear overall responsibility for all HR processes in your support area and accompany the national department operations during the current transformation phase.
• They support and advise supervisors in all personnel issues, in particular in recruitment, wage formation, the implementation of employee interviews as well as in development and career issues and ensure compliance with internal guidelines, legal requirements and company-wide standards.
• They provide competent advice on labour law, organisational and operational topics and, as the first point of contact, assume responsibility for all relevant employment contractual issues.
• They accompany sensitive cases (e.g. conflicts, absences or disciplinary issues) with great sensitivity and high professionalism.
• In close cooperation with superiors, they are responsible for implementing human resources policy and ensuring HR standards.

• Willingness to work regularly at the locations in Bern and Zurich.
• Very good knowledge of German and French at least at level B2.
