The People Pool ensures that the right skills are used at the right time in the right place and are further developed in a targeted manner. Behind every successful production are people, processes and systems that work together seamlessly. In the competence area Systems Production, we ensure that the technological foundations are right for it, today and in the future.

This is your contribution.

In the area of operations, in the People Pool department, you are involved in the competence area Systems Production for the following topics:

• They lead employees with joy and empathy, promote their development and shape cooperation in the sense of shared leadership in partnership and on an equal footing
• They provide guidance and create trust. You promote personal responsibility, cultivate an open feedback culture and accompany employees through changes
• They communicate clearly, actively listen and understand how to bring together different perspectives and develop common solutions
• You translate strategic and organizational requirements into the day-to-day management of your competence pool and actively accompany employees in the event of changes
• You are responsible for recruitment, onboarding, talent development and the personnel support of the employees of your competence pool in cooperation with HR
• They work closely with guided tours, product owners and the other competence group leaders and ensure a clear coordination between personnel, professional and operational requirements.
• They ensure targeted operational support for product teams in the event of specific operational requirements or load peaks and create transparency about available competencies and capacities.

• They communicate clearly and appreciatively, bring different perspectives together
• They think holistically and forward-looking and understand how to meaningfully connect the needs of different parties
• Knowledge and professional experience in application and system management are beneficial. Ideally, you will have experience in operations, IT support, integration or further development of business-critical applications and systems.
• They have excellent knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English

Requirements

• Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der personellen Führung und haben Freude daran, Mitarbeitende weiterzuentwickeln

• Sie geben Orientierung, fördern Eigenverantwortung und Entwicklung, pflegen eine offene Feedbackkultur und begleiten Mitarbeitende auch in Veränderungssituationen

• Sie kommunizieren klar und wertschätzend, bringen unterschiedliche Perspektiven zusammen

• Sie denken ganzheitlich und vorausschauend und verstehen es, die Bedürfnisse von unterschiedlichen Parteien sinnvoll miteinander zu verbinden

• Kenntnisse und Berufserfahrung im Applikations- und Systemmanagement sind von Vorteil. Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung im Betrieb, IT-Support, in der Integration oder Weiterentwicklung geschäftskritischer Anwendungen und Systeme mit

• Sie verfügen über hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
