- Creating qualified employment certificates and work confirmations in the certificate tool with information from the personnel information system (SAP-HR) as well as in cooperation with the line managers
- Recording and maintaining the master and movement data of employees and managing personnel dossiers
- Advising and supporting line managers, employees and Abeitskolleg: women on questions related to HR topics
