Role overview

We are looking for an HR partner immediately or by appointment for a limited period until 31 December 2027.

Within the HR consulting team, you are involved in the area of offerings for the following topics:

  • You act as a strategic interface between management and employees, bear overall responsibility for all HR processes in your area of support and accompany the national area of offerings during the current transformation phase
  • You support and advise supervisors in all personnel issues, in particular in recruitment, wage determination, the implementation of employee interviews as well as development and career issues and ensure compliance with internal guidelines, legal requirements and company-wide standards
  • You advise competently in employment law, organizational and operational issues and assume responsibility as the first point of contact for all issues relevant to employment contracts
  • You accompany sensitive cases (e.g.

Conflicts, absences or disciplinary issues) with great sensitivity and high professionalism

Key requirements

  • Lösungsorientierte und empathische Persönlichkeit, mit der Fähigkeit Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte aktiv durch Transformationsprozesse zu begleiten
  • Fundierte, mehrjährige HR-Beratungserfahrung in einem komplexen und dynamischen Unternehmensumfeld vergleichbarer Grösse
  • Breites und umfassendes HR-Fachwissen, inklusive zukunftsgerichteter Methoden und Entwicklungen
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, auf allen Ebenen klar, adressatengerecht und souverän zu agieren
  • Bereitschaft zur regelmässigen Arbeit an den Standorten Bern und Zürich
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch sowie Französisch mindestens auf Niveau B2
