Key requirements
- You have a federal diploma.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, vernetztes Denken, Verhandlungsgeschick, Belastbarkeit zählen zu deinen Stärken. Du besitzt ein grosses Sicherheitsbewusstsein und bezeichnest dich als Teamplayer:in mit einer selbstständigen sowie zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
- Du hast Erfahrung im Bahntechnik- Fahrbahnbereich mit Fokus Ausführung als Baustellenleiter:in, Bauführer:in, Polier:in, oder verfügst über eine gleichwertige Berufserfahrung.
- Du bist flexibel für sporadische Nacht- und Wochenendeinsätze im Rahmen der laufenden Baustellen.
- Du verfügst über ein eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis auf Stufe Bauleiter:in/Bauführer:in (HFP), Techniker:in (HF) oder über eine gleichwertige Ausbildung. Ein gültiger Sicherheitsausweis SC oder SL ist von Vorteil.
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und Kenntnisse einer zweiten Landessprache sind von Vorteil. Zudem setzen wir gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse voraus.
