Description

• Carry out personnel administration independently and process all personnel mutations for civilian and military employees as well as external employees
• Maintain and mutate personnel and wage data in the HR systems SuccessFactors and SAP HCM (IPDM & PSD)
• Create and further develop work instructions, evaluations and documentation as well as participate in tests and the coordination of work orders
• Act as a competent contact person in second-level support for employees, superiors and HR consultants
• The implementation and continuous Responsible for optimization of selected administrative HR core processes
• Basic commercial training with further training in human resources
• Several years of experience in HR administration
• Practical experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or comparable solutions

• Team-oriented way of working and assertiveness in dealing with different stakeholders
• Good oral and written knowledge of a second official language
