- You ensure the timely and correct booking and control of incoming payments.
- You carry out dunning runs and process debt collection and insurance cases.
Main responsibilities
- You ensure the timely and correct booking and control of incoming payments.
- You carry out dunning runs and process debt collection and insurance cases.
- You support final theses and coordinate various payment methods.
- You will be involved in cash accounting and will take on administrative tasks such as mail processing, archiving and general office work.
- You support projects. Requirements
- You have completed commercial training and ideally have already gained experience in accounts receivable accounting.
- You have good MS Office skills, especially Excel;
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- You communicate stylishly in German, knowledge of French is a plus.
- You work precisely, structured and efficiently and impress with your independent, resilient, flexible and team-oriented way of working.
