We are looking for reinforcement by 01.11.2026 or by agreement.

Tasks

As a specialist, you are responsible for pupils of lower or intermediate level on 4 days per week. They work in a team with specialist care and are supported in the catering area and in the care by care assistants. You take your holidays in the school-free time. Precise information on working hours can be discussed during a personal conversation with the management of supervision.

Their tasks include

• Promotion and support of children in their development process and social skills
• Leading large groups of children, as well as parental contacts
• Domestic and administrative work
• Intensified cooperation with teachers within the framework of the day school 2025 (regular exchange, joint events, participation in the class council, etc.)
• Collaboration in the holiday camp and on school-free days

Profile

• A completed study of social work (FH /HF) of social work, a teaching diploma or a comparable pedagogical study (all foreign diplomas and specialist cards must be accompanied by a Swiss certificate of equivalence)
• Teaching degree required as a specialist supervisor or toddler educator (all foreign diplomas and specialist cards must be accompanied by a Swiss certificate of equivalence)
• Professional experience in caring for children (additional school care, crèche, home)
• Enjoy working with teachers and carers
• Flexible, motivated and balanced personality, with pleasure in dealing with people of different cultures, as well as readiness for interdisciplinary cooperation in Schultea

The school Milchbuck is located in the Unterstrass district and offers a comprehensive and professional range of family-supplemented care. For kindergarten- and school-aged children and adolescents of all ages, the midday evening hoard is integrated in the schoolhouse and offers the students space for play, recreation and social learning. The morning table offers breakfast and care until school begins.
