In this university internship, you gain practical HR experience and support the teams in day-to-day business.

Tasks

• Immediately or by agreement, you have the opportunity to support HR Business Partners and recruiting in day-to-day operations (recruitments, training agreements, logging, etc.).
• In consultation with the line, you create job ads and coordinate and conduct initial interviews.
• You will support trade fair and campus appearances and win future talents for ewz together with the two teams.
• The university interns at ewz are independently supervised throughout the entire HR life cycle.
• You are actively involved in HR projects and get to know different HR processes.

Profile

• You bring a completed degree in economics, psychology or a comparable degree program.
• You have a quick comprehension, think comprehensively and have stylish oral and written knowledge of German.
• High IT affinity and very good user knowledge in MS Office as well as experience in conceptual work are your strengths.
• You convince us through your communication-strong and sociable personality.
• Thanks to your independent and structured working method, you can also keep track of several tasks and take on responsibility.
