In application management, we build and integrate applications for the residents, companies and various service departments of the city of Zurich. In close cooperation with more than 60 service departments and external partners, we are constantly working on digitalization and progress for the city of Zurich through the continuous expansion of our services. Our projects are implemented using agile software development methods and the necessary DevOps tools. We also operate state-of-the-art containers and middleware platforms. Tasks

• You teach the Scrum/Kanban theory, practices, rules and values within the department and organization.
• You are responsible for implementing agile working methods and optimizing collaboration.
• You support and lead stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and backlog meetings.
• You actively participate in the Community of Practice (Scrum Master and Organizational Development).
• You support OIZ in its transformation into an agile organization.

Profile

• You are studying business informatics, computer science, psychology or similar
• You are curious and open to learn new methods and techniques
• High degree of responsibility, self-initiative, secure appearance and independence
• Enjoy working with people and working with teams
• You have a good understanding of IT and a great deal of empathy

• Your salary depends on the current level of training and the level of requirements of the university internship (for a 100% fee for Bachelor: CHF CHF 2'115.- to 3'172.- / Master: CHF CHF 3'172.- to 4'228.-)
