For the communication office we are looking for 1. January 2027 or by agreement for 12 months an ambitious university intern.

Tasks

• They support the team of two in communicative measures and tasks.
• They help to write and revise specialist presentations, interdisciplinary texts, speeches and media releases.
• They write contributions for social media and manage the channels (Facebook, LinkedIn).
• They obtain information on the processing of media and citizen inquiries and coordinate the response.
• They support and accompany the production of means of communication.
• They help with the organization of guided tours or events, e.g. media conferences or information and participation events in the quarter.
• They create, maintain and update content on the intranet and on the city website.

Profile

• Successfully completed bachelor/master degree in communication, journalism, humanities or architecture (max. 12 months since graduation)
• Engaged, communicative and independently working personality with a flair for language and a connection to the city of Zurich
• Initial experience in organizational communication is a plus
• Rapid comprehension and ability to work independently into new topics
• Flexibility, resilience and service orientation
