Full description
As of April 1, 2027, we are looking for 12 months of reinforcement in our broad-based HR team.
Tasks
- You work independently on selected HR topics, from analysis to conception to implementation.
- You bring your ideas to projects and develop concrete concepts.
- You research, extract data and derive recommendations for the team.
- You support the team organizationally and administratively and are the contact person for our customers in absence.
You start in a competence center and rotate during the internship within the HR department. You actively shape your training period.
- Business Partnering: You support the HR Business Partnering Team and the extended management committee in projects and in the conceptual development of HR topics.
- Stab & Service Center: You support the department management and the other Competence Centers in projects, conceptual tasks and in day-to-day business.
- Recruiting & Employer Branding: Here you accompany the entire candidate journey - from the first point of contact with our employer brand to a successful employment to onboarding. You support in the recruitment process, tackle events such as the Welcome Day, create content, support university marketing activities and bring your own ideas.
Profile
- Completed university studies (minor bachelor level), e.g. in psychology, humanities, business administration or a related discipline
- Strategic and analytical thinking and ability to conceptually address complex issues
- Enthusiasm, high commitment and willingness to learn as well as broad interest in HR topics
- Self-responsible, structured and result-oriented working method
- A strong communication talent in stylish German as well as high IT affinity
