Facility Management operates all properties and rental properties. It ensures that users find optimal conditions in the workplace in order to carry out their activities. The planning and construction-related facility management process ensures that the VBZ properties can be operated sustainably over the entire life cycle.

Tasks

• Participation in technical property management of VBZ properties
• Planning, organisation and implementation of removals
• Verification of services and quality assurance
• Recording and mutation of technical building data
• Carrying out plannable maintenance
• Access and security management support
• Developing office concepts for worksmart@vbz
• Participation in construction-related facility management

Profile

• Bachelor degree at a university of applied sciences in the field of facility management
• In addition, you have good user knowledge in M365
• Interest in holistic facility management
• Connected and analytical thinking
• Interested in challenging tasks in plant and building management
