Do you like working with people? Would you like to work with our nursing team for the Alter Herzogenmühle health centre immediately or by agreement, temporarily until the end of December 2026?

Tasks

• They independently and safely carry out the planned care and support tasks and help with the care of residents in crisis situations.
• They report observations, report objectively and document fully and comprehensibly.
• They help with activating, reactivating and maintaining therapeutic care and care tasks and know the care and care-relevant needs and wishes of the residents and their relatives.
• They supervise our learners together with the main vocational trainers and those responsible for vocational training.

Profile

• Empathetic personality with pleasure in working with older people
• Team-oriented, responsible and reliable – with independent working methods and excellent communication skills
• Training as a health specialist EFZ with SRC recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Good knowledge of German in words and writing, good IT skills and ideally knowledge of EasyDok
• A heart for our residents and our learners
