Role overview
Organize and lead the area of provision and operations in organizational, financial, personnel and technical terms.
As a center management member, on the one hand, bear responsibility for the results for their own area and, on the other hand, actively promote the internal understanding of the overall performance of the army logistics center.
As a center management member, communicate at the appropriate level between their own area and the center management and help shape the further development of the center from a technical and procedural perspective.
The required willingness to use and the economical operation of the assigned infrastructure in accordance with Responsible for needs-oriented and technical specifications Coordinating all on-site user needs for the Army Logistics Center Hinwil and controlling the infrastructural development as a user and operator in close coordination with all partners University degree (Master, Bachelor) preferably in business administration with > 5 years of functionally relevant leadership and professional experience or higher vocational education (at least HF) with > 10 years of functionally relevant experience

- Dynamic personality with initiative and the ability to work in a team
- Independent and responsible way of working combined with resilience and analytical, conceptual and networked thinking.
- Experience and training in military command/staff processes as well as knowledge of the operational and strategic management levels of the Swiss Army are an advantage
- Good active knowledge of at least a second official language and passive knowledge of a third official language
