Description

Professionally manage the control unit for the military flight and jumping service, collect and maintain the corresponding personnel data and approvals accurately and on time and correctly update the civilian license data of the pilots

• Manage the mandatory annual training programs, permits and licenses for military air and jumping service personnel
• Keep the wage accounting for the militia members of the military air and jumping service (wage, AHV billing, withholding tax, family compensation fund)
• Settle insurance premiums and monitor the financial processes related to the lump sum insurance contributions of the collective insurance
• Basic commercial education with further education and in-depth knowledge in finance, accounting and social insurance
• Ability to think in a networked way and capture complex relationships, a pronounced flair for numbers and good communication skills in words and writing
• Integrous, dutiful and team capable personality with a strong service orientation
• Good, active knowledge of a second official language and very good knowledge of English
• In-depth user knowledge in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and ideally experience with SAP and the accounting software Abacus
